Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct inspections, material reviews, and testing (MIR/WIR, NCR, CAPA) to ensure all products and installations meet client specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and third‑party inspection agencies on quality issues, manage customer complaints, and conduct root cause analysis with effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee factory and site QA/QC activities for glazing, cladding, and aluminium.

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the metal fabrication or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and finishing processes
