As Associate Structural Engineer, you will independently lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver major projects, ensuring excellence in both technical delivery and commercial performance. You will play a key role in managing major projects from inception through delivery, guiding your team to produce high-quality structural designs while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

• Lead and oversee the technical delivery of major structural engineering as well as multidiscipline projects across all lifecycle stages.
• Ensure project outcomes meet client expectations for quality, budget, and schedule.
• Manage and monitor the commercial performance of your team, including fee management, forecasting, and project profitability.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their professional and technical potential.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and other design professionals to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Implement and uphold Zutari’s quality management and assurance systems across all design deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.
• Promote and embed a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
• Minimum 12 years’ experience as a Structural Design Engineer in buildings with at least 5 years’ experience in the Middle East with a focus on building projects.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing commercial performance of major projects.
• Registered Practicing Engineer with Abu Dhabi Municipality and holds Unlimited Dubai Municipality License is preferred.
• Strong technical capability with reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast and post-tensioned structures.
• Experience with construction engineering and Contractor Design & Build projects including on site supervision roles
• Software proficiency in MS Office, ETABS, Stati Ca, SAFE, SAP
  2000, RAM Concept, IDEA Stati Ca, Strand 7, REVIT, Rhino, and PROKON.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Sound project management knowledge, including scheduling, resource planning, and financial tracking.
• Track record of good Client Management and work winning
