CNC Service Engineer

We are seeking a CNC Machine Service Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full‑time, on‑site role that involves supporting clients across multiple industries with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines and industrial automation systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC lathes, milling machines, fabrication machinery, conveyors, and packaging systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
• Carry out machine installations, rebuilds, and retrofits as required
• Provide emergency breakdown support and ensure timely restoration of operations
• Deliver technical support and guidance to clients both on‑site and remotely
• Maintain accurate service reports, records, and client documentation
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest developments in CNC and automation technologies

• Proven skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines
• Hands‑on field service experience with a focus on minimizing downtime
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and prioritize multiple service requests
• Having a UAE driving license will be an added advantage

• Experience with different CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, etc.)
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem‑solving approach
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in industrial environments
