Zutari is seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience supervising the construction of complex and challenging building structures, including high‑rise towers, long‑span steel roofs, post‑tensioned systems, deep foundations, and mixed‑use developments. Proven expertise in ensuring structural integrity, resolving on‑site technical challenges, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Site supervision of reinforced concrete, post‑tensioned slabs, structural steel, and composite structures
• Oversight of deep foundations, transfer girders, cantilevered elements, and complex load‑transfer systems
• Review and approval of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for non‑standard/innovative structural systems
• Monitoring and inspection of specialized structural works (e.g., mega columns, outrigger systems, large‑span trusses)
• Coordination with design teams to resolve design‑build challenges and value‑engineering solutions
• Compliance with local codes and regional regulations
• Structural integrity verification, site issue troubleshooting, and nonconformance reporting (NCRs/SORs)
• Close collaboration with contractors to maintain safety, cost control, and schedule adherence

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience, including UAE/Dubai site supervision of complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and UAE local authority requirements (DM, Trakhees, etc.).
• Proficiency in reviewing structural shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues on‑site.
• Registration with the UAE Society of Engineers is an advantage.
