Main Purpose / Objective of the Position:
- Build a business process for the compilation, collation and reporting of sustainability data across all clients
- Hold overall accountability for providing support to the FM team to realize client sustainability initiatives i.e. Net Zero, Green Star, SBTI etc
- Support Facilities Management team with driving cost optimization programs for clients
- Conduct on site assessments and/or coordinate assessments to ASHRAE standards
- Performing feasibility assessments and preparing proposals to clients for implementation of resource efficiency, renewables, business continuity and resilience projects
- Presenting proposals and securing approval from clients
- Developing & implementing M&V plans
- Project management of approved projects to implementation and handover, either directly or through third
-parties - Identifying suitable technical partners and forming relationships with third party vendors for the provision of various technical projects including energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable / alternative energy and water sources and microgrids
- Actively drive and support training and development of teams to broaden understanding of sustainability concepts, reporting and regulatory requirements
- Conduct research and development around new business opportunities including industry changes, market demand, new technologies and product development
- Play an active role as a company representative in industry
Decision Making Authority:
This position has the authority to:
- Execute all Key Performance Areas as stated on this form and in line with the Company approval framework and client policies and procedures.
Experience /
Education:
- Engineering Qualification required
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) required
- Additional RECP, CWP, CREP, CMVP accreditation advantageous
- Knowledge of ISO standards around energy management, Net Zero Roadmap etc
- At least 5 years experience
- AMR and Smart metering expertise
Skills Required:
- Technical knowledge and experience in design and implementation of energy efficiency, renewable energy and microgrid projects
- Expert understanding of utility management
- Project Management Skills
- Good Communications Skills
- Initiative & Problem Solving Skills
- Well Developed Report Writing Skills
- Highly Computer Literate: MS Office
Knowledge
