Job Description
- Lead the civil and structural engineering team for high-rise projects, oversee designs and drawings, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local codes, and international standards.
- Provide technical expertise, resolve complex engineering challenges, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor construction quality, manage project costs, approve budgets and resource allocation, and ensure timely, efficient project delivery.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and consultants; mentor junior engineers; and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

About the ClientOne of the leading construction and real estate development firmbased in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Qualifications- Male, 45 years old and below with a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer) is a plus - At least 8 years relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, with at least 5 years in the UAE high‑rise real estate and construction industry
- Proficient in structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP
2000, Revit) with in-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and construction practices - Demonstrated experience in managing large‑scale high‑rise projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and budget control
