Systems Limited is hiring a Genesys Test Engineer to perform comprehensive testing for Genesys Contact Center and IVR systems. This role is critical for ensuring seamless call routing, system reliability, and high-quality customer experience in telecom environments.

As a Genesys Test Engineer, you will work on testing Genesys applications, IVR systems, and routing strategies across SIP and Avaya platforms. You will analyze XML logs, validate end-to-end call flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust system performance. This position offers an opportunity to work on advanced contact center technologies and contribute to mission-critical telecom projects.
✅ Key Responsibilities- ✓ Perform functional and regression testing for Genesys Contact Center and IVR systems
- ✓ Validate routing strategies and cross-platform voice call routing (SIP and Avaya)
- ✓ Analyze XML logs for IVR and end-to-end call flows
- ✓ Collaborate with development and operations teams for issue resolution
- ✓ Ensure compliance with telecom standards and testing best practices
- ✓ 5+ years of experience in software testing
- ✓ Strong working knowledge of Genesys Contact Center and telecom domains
- ✓ Hands-on experience with IVR systems testing
- ✓ Familiarity with Genesys applications and routing strategies
- ✓ Ability to analyze XML logs and troubleshoot call flows
- ✓ Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ✓ Exposure to automation testing tools
- ✓ Experience with SIP and Avaya integration
- ✓ Knowledge of performance and load testing methodologies
- ✓ ISTQB or similar certification
- ✓ Familiarity with Agile testing environments
