As a Civil Coordinator, you will be at the heart of service projects managing substation projects that involve tendering, planning, and executing civil works, ensuring they align with Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering safe and efficient energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Review tender documents and prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and resource plans for civil works.
• Develop and manage civil work schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and resource allocation.
• Oversee site civil works, obtain NOCs, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary liaison for civil activities, coordinating between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct quality checks, monitor subcontractor performance, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare as-built drawings and final documentation, ensuring all punch list items are closed before project handover.

Skills

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil work for service or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, construction practices, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in tendering processes, cost estimation, and software tools like AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Experience in liaising with authorities for permits and approvals, enhancing project execution efficiency.
