Civil Engineer; Façade Works

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with strong façade design and execution experience to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing façade works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in coordination with project and design teams.

• Coordinate all activities on site (curtain wall, ACP, glass, and cladding systems).
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings for façade installations.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and review façade shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure façade works progress as per plan.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site procedures.
• Support procurement in verifying façade-related quantities and supplier quotations.
• Provide technical input for façade design optimization and value engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in façade, glazing, or cladding projects.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiarity with Shop Drawing Review.
• Knowledge of façade standards, structural load requirements, and thermal performance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
