Senior Procurement Engineer - MEP

Sobha Constructions is a fast-growing construction company in the Middle East with a vision to be a pioneer in redefining the quality standards in construction. We are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Procurement professional who can perform in a fast-paced environment and design & implement the strategy with clear action plans.

• Formulate and execute procurement strategies for MEPF systems, equipment, and capital purchases, aligning with project requirements and business objectives.
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers and vendors for MEPF components and capital goods, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
• Manage the procurement process for capital purchases, including equipment, machinery, and technology, to support organizational growth initiatives.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to integrate procurement activities with project schedules, specifications, and technical requirements.
