We are looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to manage the planning and scheduling activities for a Steel Structure Construction Bridge Project in Abu Dhabi, but he/she will be working at our head office in Dubai and expected to have one weekly progress meeting which need visit to site in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience on bridge projects in Abu Dhabi
and have a strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authorizes procedures and standards
. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery in compliance with client and authority requirements.

• Preparing, developing and maintaining project schedules using specialized primavera P6 software including KPI, Full Narrative Report, Detailed resource and cost loaded POWs.
• Preparing Extension of Time in several techniques;
  Window analysis skills is mandatory skills required.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather and analyze project data
• Help create and update project timelines, Gantt charts, and other planning documents
• Support resource allocation and optimization efforts for ongoing projects
• Participate in progress meetings and contribute to project status reports
• Assist in identifying potential scheduling conflicts and proposing solutions
• Help monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies
• Stay updated on local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE

• ​Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7years of UAE experience in planning for Steel structure bridgeprojects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and infrastructure project workflows.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 ,ETC
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Familiarity with construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards
• Understanding of project scheduling techniques and resource allocation principles
• Basic knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Working time: 8am to 5pm & 6 days per week
