- Program manager for STP prolaunch project directed to Dubai Manufacturing plant; lead multi‑site team (Eaton R&Ds, manufacturing plants, and other division actors) to ensure start of production in expected quality, cost, and timeline constraints.
- Active member of NPI project team as representative of Dubai manufacturing plant’s organization; participate in STP prolaunch project for transfer outside Dubai plant too.
- Responsible for manufacturing deliverables during prolaunch process, through gates.
- Ensure industrialization activities completion, schedule management, budget tracking and project reporting from manufacturing side.
- Project team/Manufacturing plant point of contact during industrialization phase and ramp‑up until capacity/quality/budget targets reaching.
- Optimize and maintain robust, cost‑efficient manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean manufacturing practices; mindful of Electronic processes (SMD & Assembly) and test capabilities; assist others in root‑cause and failure analysis as required.
- Promote culture of continuous improvement and understand lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and deliver products to customer expectations.
- Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering degree.
- 10+ years’ experience in mechatronic industrialization as Industrialization Program Engineer/Manager.
- Electronic manufacturing process knowledge and understanding.
- Industrial activities scheduling, budgeting and reporting responsibility; proven capability to track suppliers activities to secure schedule, quality, and budget.
- Ability to lead multi‑skill team (SCM, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production, EHS, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong data analytic skill set.
- Good interpersonal skills and planning ability.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Highly ethical and able to work in cross‑functional team.
- Experience managing multicultural team (strong plus).
- SMT/Wave soldering technology, mechatronic assembly & testing.
- MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, Enovia, SAP BW, Microsoft Project.
