Senior Team Leader - Water SCADA

To oversee the efficient and effective maintenance of all assets and personnel in a designated area during a shift, ensuring high operational reliability and safety. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance services by adhering to defined plans and practices while providing engineering expertise for optimal asset management.

• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance
  , breakdown troubleshooting
  , inspections
  , and corrective maintenance across multiple asset segments.
• Perform risk assessments
  , condition-based maintenance
  , and permit-to-work approvals.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in:
  • MEP Systems
    : HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, firefighting.
  • Civil Assets
    :
    Building structures, waterproofing, interior fit-outs.
  • Utilities
    :
    Water supply networks, sewage treatment, power distribution.
  • Airfield/Roads
    :
    Runway/taxiway maintenance, drainage, signage.
  • Lighting Systems
    :
    Airfield/outdoor lighting (runway, apron, solar).

• Plan shift activities (work allocation, materials, safety) for maximum productivity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs
  , CMMS (Maximo), and regulatory standards (ISO, NFPA, OSHA, ICAO).
• Provide technical support for fault-finding and repairs.

  Address system failures, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure business continuity.

• Diploma (3-year) in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Mechanic Motor Vehicle.
• Valid UAE driving license (essential).

• 6+ years in large-scale Facility Maintenance (airport experience preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in one or more of:
  • MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Civil assets (buildings, roofing, fit-outs).
  • Utilities/power distribution.
  • Airfield/road/pavement maintenance.
  • Airfield lighting systems.

Major Requirements:

• Water SCADA STL at DXB Candidate should have experience in Siemens WinCC for storm water network, S7 400 series PLC

• Digital Proficiency
  : BMS/SCADA, CMMS (Maximo), MS Office, data analysis tools.
• Maintenance Strategies
  :
  Predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance, RCA.
• Regulatory Knowledge
  : NFPA, ICAO, IATA, energy efficiency practices.
