Structure Technician Coordinator

• a.Supervise the Technical drawings to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• b.Review and approve all drawings (architectural, structural, civil, or MEP depending on discipline) before submission.
• c.Coordinate with design engineers to clarify technical details and ensure drawings reflect the latest design intent.
• d.Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.
• e.Manage the preparation of detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• f.Ensure consistency in drafting practices, templates, layers, formats, and file naming systems.
• g.Resolve technical discrepancies between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• h.Verify accuracy of dimensions, levels, and material specifications in all drawings.
• I. Ensure drawing revisions are properly tracked and documented

Skills

Requirements:

Education & Major:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.

Work Experience:5–7 years of relevant experience in structural drafting, detailing, and coordination, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.

Technical & Software

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and 3D/2D CAD software for structural modeling and drawing production.
• Strong drafting and structural detailing skills, with the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.

Coordination & Communication:

• Excellent coordination skills to liaise between design teams, site engineers, and contractors.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective project collaboration and reporting.

Professional

Competencies:

• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Salary: 9-11k AED per month (open to negotiate)
