Engineer , Production PP

A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Engineer I, Production to join its operations in KSA. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Process Engineering to gain hands-on experience in production operations and technical problem-solving.

• Comply with all relevant HSE standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Review basic process designs for accuracy and conformance to company procedures under supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting unit problems and support senior engineers in improving performance.
• Monitor daily tasks and assignments, routinely updating records in line with procedures.
• Analyze process data and recommend necessary changes to enhance equipment or process unit performance.
• Support the completion of basic engineering activities and documentation under supervision.
• Develop an understanding of engineering processes, standards, and operational procedures within the company.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Diploma holders with 7+ years of experience are also considered.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience for degree holders.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in basic chemical engineering principles and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and embrace change.
• Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

• Basic Salary: SR 7,000 SR 10,000.
