We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our organization, conducting precise measurements and providing accurate data for various construction and infrastructure projects throughout the region.
- Perform survey work under the direction and guidance of the Senior Highway Surveyor.
- Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field.
- Record all measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.
- Coordinate with the Contractor’s surveyor on work priorities and schedules.
- Check all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.
- Report discrepancies or technical problems to the Assistant Resident Engineer.
- Perform joint measurements of the completed work or payment.
- Maintain equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration checks.

Skills Required: - Strong construction supervision experience on expressways projects.
- Well‑experienced in the construction of interchanges / intersections.
- Ability to utilize modern computer software and survey equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in survey software, CAD programs, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software.
- Extensive knowledge of topographic surveying techniques and equipment.
- Strong skills in construction drawing interpretation and analysis.
- Experience in vertical control data observation and benchmark establishment.
- Proven ability to verify and validate survey data and calculations.
- Expertise in slope calculation, cross‑sectional area plotting, and quantity estimation.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Dubai and the UAE.
- Knowledge of boundary surveying and property line determination.
- Strong mathematical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with roads and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
