Job Description:
Structural Inspector
Dubai, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structural Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to Inspect structural works on the jobsite and performs continuous surveillance of assigned inspection activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.Don't miss this opportunity to directly contribute to the ever-growing infrastructure of Dubai!
What You'll Be Doing :
Inspects site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
Give practical advise on constructional matters.
Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
Direct Inspectors and ensure performance.
Assist in or measure work done when required.
Observe site safety procedures.
Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings.
Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor Degree in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum4 years related construction supervision experience.
Or Diploma in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 7 years related construction supervision experience.
Project experience in BRIDGES and/or UNDERPASS structures are mandatory.
Preferably with related work experience in Dubai, UAE, or GCC in an engineering consulting firm.
