We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer with proven experience in infrastructure project tender submissions and Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) planning in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will play acritical role in preparing high-quality technical proposals for infrastructuretenders and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements for trafficdiversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review technical submissions forinfrastructure project tenders (roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams to compile required tender documents.
• Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion(TTD) plans in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for approvalsand NOCs.
• Ensure all technical documentation is complete,accurate, and submitted on time.
• Provide technical support during the pre-contract and post-contract stages.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure tendering, with at least 3 years in Dubai
  .
• Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures
  ,RTA regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
  , Civil 3D, and MSOffice; experience with BIM is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
