Job Description
Generate and follow leads, secure Fosroc product specifications from consultant engineers, architects and clients as appropriate.
Provide specification support to the sales department for ongoing contracts when so required.
Providing necessary suggestions and explanatory drawings to the customer.
Provide all required technical documents for special systems to customers upon request.

Providing specification support to the sales department for ongoing contracts involves offering technical expertise and ensuring that the products or services being sold meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Analysing the incoming projects data.
Develop and define technical specifications for products or systems based on client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide clients/consultant with details shop drawings for special systems.
Ensure that specifications are clear, comprehensive, and technically sound.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that products are designed in accordance with the specifications.
Collaborate on modifications and adjustments to meet client‑specific needs.
Review project specifications to ensure feasibility and alignment with the company’s capabilities and resources.
Validate and approve specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Act as the primary point of contact for specification‑related inquiries, clarifying technical aspects for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Attend client meetings to discuss specifications and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Ensure that all specifications meet local and international regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
Maintain detailed records of all specification documents and revisions, ensuring easy access and tracking of project changes.
Feed the data in the CRMUpdate documentation in response to design changes, regulatory updates, or client feedback.
Perform regular market analysis to find the related trends to construction and construction chemical.
Skills Required- MS Office Package
- AutoCAD
3-5 years experience in specification jobs.
Educational RequirementsA Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
