- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work related to firefighting systems
- Prepare detailed cost estimates
, BOQs, and material take‑offs for:- Fire sprinkler systems
- Fire hose reel & hydrant systems
- FM-200 / NOVEC / CO₂ / Clean agent systems
- Fire pumps & pump rooms
- Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs
- Identify cost‑effective solutions while ensuring compliance with NFPA, UL, FM, UAE Civil Defense requirements
- Prepare technical submittals
, pre‑bid clarifications, and tender queries - Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Support post‑tender clarifications and value engineering activities
- Maintain estimation databases, cost norms, and pricing history
- Assist project teams during handover with cost breakdowns and assumptions
