Senior Procurement Engineer - Emarati Talent

Salary AED 30,000

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and contracting activities within the real estate sector and must possess a strong background in engineering, extensive experience in negotiation, and a proven track record of procurement management.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services
• Lead contract negotiation and management processes to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various procurement activities, including but not limited to construction, maintenance, and supply agreements
• Monitor contract performance and compliance
• Evaluate potential vendors and conduct supplier assessments
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost-saving initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within Oil & Gas, Engineering, or similar industries
