Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in the UAE to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems across residential, commercial, or industrial projects, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Design and develop electrical schematics, load calculations, and wiring diagrams for new and existing projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, including switchgears, transformers, generators, and lighting systems.
• Ensure all work adheres to UAE electrical codes (EHSR), Dubai Municipality guidelines, and international standards (IEC, NEC).
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate electrical works and meet project timelines/budgets.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and material specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of proven electrical engineering experience in the UAE (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or facilities management).
• Valid UAE driving license is highly desirable.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or working towards it is an advantage.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE electrical regulations, building codes, and approval processes (e.g., from DEWA, SEWA, ADWEA).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and electrical design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
