We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our Dubai office. The role sits between senior and principal levels and involves leading electrical design delivery, managing engineers, and ensuring technical excellence across building projects from concept through IFC.

• Lead electrical design activities for building projects from concept, detailed design, and IFC stages.
• Coordinate and manage electrical engineers and BIM modelers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the key technical interface for power, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Prepare, review, and validate design calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority requirements, international standards, and project-specific criteria.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, mechanical, public health, and fire engineering teams.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and value engineering workshops.
• Provide technical input during tender stages and support responses to RFIs during construction.
• Support mentoring and development of junior engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal design standards and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical design consultancy.
• Strong experience in LV/MV power distribution, lighting systems, earthing, and ELV coordination.
• Solid understanding of Dubai authority processes and international design standards (IEC, BS, NFPA, IES).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design calculation software.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
• Strong focus on buildability, system reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Professional certification or authority approval credentials are an advantage.
