On behalf of an advanced technology client in Abu Dhabi, we are hiring a Senior RF / Wireless Lab Engineer to join a high-performance R&D lab. This is a hands‑on role focused on PCB bring‑up, RF and system testing, debugging, and validation of complex wireless and telecommunication systems, including defence‑grade platforms.

• Bring‑up, test, and debug PCBs, RF subsystems, and complete wireless systems
• Perform board‑level and system‑level troubleshooting
  , rework, and root cause analysis
• Design and maintain test benches (manual and automated)
• Execute functional, performance, FAT, and lab‑based field tests
• Use RF and lab equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, PNA‑X, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
• Work with channel emulators (e.g. Keysight Propsim)
• Write test plans, procedures, and concise reports
• Maintain logbooks, NCRs, and inspection records

• BSc in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
• 10+ years in RF, electronics, or wireless lab environments
• Experience with I2C, SPI, CAN Bus
  , mixed‑signal systems
• Solid understanding of RF and wireless communications
• Familiarity with GNSS systems
• Experience with battery power management
  , ESD, lab safety
• Defence or mission‑critical systems experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of ETSI / 3
  
  GPP and RF board design is advantageous
