About the Company
A well-established multi-product distribution company with over 20 years of presence in the UAE
, supplying composite materials and specialty construction chemicals to major construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects across the region.
Role Overview
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, project specifications, and key account development across composite and construction chemical product lines. This role combines technical expertise with solution-based B2B sales in a consultant-driven project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts through regular client meetings and site visits
. - Identify new business opportunities, generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals.
- Engage with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to secure specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical submittals for consultant and project approvals.
- Support customers during project execution to ensure correct product application and compliance
. - Ensure timely order execution, coordination with internal teams, and proactive collections
. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be strongly preferred
:
- GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastics)
- GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete)
- Glass Lamination & Processing
- Composite materials, resins, pigments, industrial coatings, specialty accessories
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline
. - 6–12 years of experience in technical B2B sales within composites, chemicals, or construction materials.
- Strong understanding of project-based and specification-driven sales
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive market.
- UAE market experience is preferred;
GCC relocation candidates are welcome
