Electrical Engineer - Protection and Control Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Protection and Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and validating protection coordination strategies, control systems, and sequencing plans to ensure grid stability.

• Develop and implement protection design specifications, parameters tuning, and validation procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Define control system architecture, develop, and verify software requirements.
• Convert and model power system networks using PSSE/PSCAD and PSSE/RSCAD, prepare RSCAD models, and perform studies on Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) models for FACTS projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental knowledge in HVDC, EHV/HV substation designs, and experience working with GIS and AIS substations. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a significant impact in the field of electrical engineering.

• Mastery of protection and control systems, including design, development, and implementation.
