Noc Engineer

1. Prepare and Submit NOC Applications

– Submit NOC requests to relevant authorities (e.g. DM, DDA, Trakhees, JAFZA, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for all construction stages.

2. Liaise with Authorities

– Coordinate directly with government departments for clarifications, updates, and status follow-ups.

3. Review Drawings & Documents

– Ensure shop drawings, utility layouts, and site plans meet each authority’s standards before submission.

4. Track and Manage Approvals

– Maintain NOC status logs and ensure approvals are obtained on time to avoid site delays.

5. Coordinate with Project Team

– Work closely with consultants, contractors, and utility coordinators to align submissions.

6. Knowledge of Regulations

– Stay updated with the latest codes, guidelines, and online submission portals (e.g., Dubai BPS, DDA e-permit, Trakhees EHS, etc.).

7. Handle Rejections and Comments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering
  , or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction field

• Proficient in network monitoring tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT network infrastructure and systems.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on system reliability and continuous improvement.

Salary:

AED 7,000 – 12,000 AED per month, based on qualifications and experience.
