About you.

- Must be both hands-on in technical capabilities (coding when required) and capable of leading.
- 8–10 years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in backend development (Python, NodeJS, or Go), cloud (Azure or AWS), distributed data systems (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake or Databricks), and, ideally, ML frameworks (PyTorch or Tensor Flow).
- Experience in early stage companies is important, experience in fintech startups is ideal.
- Exceptional communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in architecting and scaling production-grade systems.
