As a Mechanical BIM Modeler, you will create detailed mechanical system models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, cost‑effective project delivery.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for mechanical systems in construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate mechanical designs into BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications in all BIM models.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the detection and resolution of clashes or conflicts within BIM models.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM‑related issues.
• Stay updated with latest BIM technologies and methodologies through continuous learning.
• Prepare and present BIM model reports and summaries for project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the improvement of BIM standards and processes within the organization.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to incorporate relevant information into BIM models.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM modelers within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems in the context of construction projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate model creation.
• Effective communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight project deadlines consistently.
• Experience in a similar BIM Modeler role within the construction industry is advantageous.
