Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to ensure that all civil construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control procedures on site and coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients.

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality plans on site
• Inspect civil works such as concrete, formwork, rebar, block work, plastering, and finishing
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and ITPs
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and follow up with consultants
• Conduct material inspections and ensure materials comply with project requirements
• Review and maintain quality records, test reports, and as-built documentation
• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs
  , and ensure corrective actions are closed
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve quality-related issues
• Assist in preparing method statements and quality reports

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality procedures, and inspection processes
• Experience in concrete works and finishing works
• Good documentation and communication skills
