Technical Manager FACADE - Aluminum

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage all technical aspects of aluminum and façade projects, from design development to execution and handover. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements while supporting project delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage façade and aluminum technical teams including design, engineering, and site support.

Review and approve façade system designs, shop drawings, calculations, and material submittals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and international standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams on all technical matters. Provide technical solutions for complex façade systems such as curtain walls, unitized systems, skylights, louvers, and cladding. Support tendering and estimation teams with technical inputs and value engineering proposals.

Oversee mock-ups, testing (air, water, structural, seismic), and factory/site inspections. Ensure proper implementation of approved designs during fabrication and installation. Manage technical risks, resolve design-related issues, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the aluminum and façade industry. Strong expertise in façade systems, materials, and performance requirements.

Experience with high-rise and complex façade projects is essential. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of façade engineering software is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus, particularly in regions where the company operates.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability, with a preference for candidates who have experience in international work environments.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, with relevant certifications like PMP or Scrum Master.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
