Qualifications- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for industrial operations.
- Perform power system analysis, protection schemes, and fault analysis.
- Conduct electrical load calculations and power distribution analysis.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with mechanical and civil teams on power system integration.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Good working knowledge in tools such ETAP or SKM Power Tools , AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PSS / E ( Siemens ), Power World.
- Location :
Dubai, UAE. - Experience : 15+ years.
- Educational Qualification : B.E /
B.Tech in Electrical or related. - Relocation Requirement :
The selected candidate will be expected to relocate to Dubai and work onsite for a minimum of 2-3 years after joining the role. - Design, install, and commission electrical systems and equipment for industrial operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Perform power system analysis, including load flow, short circuit, and transient stability studies, to ensure optimal system performance.
- Design and implement protection schemes, including relaying and circuit breaker coordination, and perform fault analysis to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Conduct electrical load calculations and power distribution analysis to ensure efficient and reliable power delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with mechanical and civil teams on power system integration, ensuring a holistic approach to system design and operation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations, including NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering design software, including:
- ETAP or SKM Power Tools
- AutoCAD Electrical
- MATLAB
- PSS / E (Siemens)
- Power World
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations, including:
- NFPA
- NEC
- OSHA
- Familiarity with industrial control systems, including:
- PLCs
- SCADA systems
