A professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields of Quantification and Costing, with past airport projects and expertise in AEC.

• Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ) with quantities extraction from BIM models and reality capture verifications (laser scanning).
• Oversee facility life cycle of operation and maintenance, including commercial procedures, using digital applications and databases (Cost X, SAP, Oracle, Maximo).
• Ensure compliance with relevant international codes and practices (CESMM, POMI, NRM, etc.).
• Produce accurate quantification, costing, and scheduling deliverables.

• Experience in quantification and costing applications (Cost X, Synchro, SAP, Oracle, Maximo).
• Proficiency in BIM applications:
  Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, Recap, AutoCAD.
• Experience with 4D applications (Synchro, Fuzor, Navisworks, Plexus) and certification in Synchro preferred.
