Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Responsible for quantity surveying, budget monitoring, and liaising with stakeholders while requiring strong analytical skills and a bachelor's degree.
- Prepare billing, perform quantity take‑offs, handle cost analysis, and support management with reports; requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and MEP systems knowledge.
- Lead tendering and estimation, manage commercial activities, oversee payments, mentor team, and ensure compliance with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Analyze tender documents, prepare cost estimates, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with subcontractors for competitive quotes in quantity surveying.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage contracts for construction projects, requiring expertise in quantity surveying, FIDIC, and post‑contract administration.
- Conduct value engineering, manage contracts, and perform risk assessments for civil engineering projects.
- Cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost monitoring for construction projects, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.
- Contractor tendering, cost management, and compliance in real estate projects, requiring expertise in Quantity Surveying and MRICS certification.
- Prepare and evaluate Interim Payment Applications, manage contractual correspondence, and ensure cost control for mid‑rise building projects with a strong consultancy background.
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities, conduct cost analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations while possessing strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Prepare and review cost estimates for MEP projects, analyze specifications, conduct cost control, and require a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Responsible for estimation, procurement, quantity surveying, and cost control in MEP projects, requiring technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
- Perform detailed quantity take‑offs, verify quantities, prepare payment applications, and support cost forecasts for mechanical construction in Oil and Gas.
- Manage costing, bills of quantities, project financials, and commercial management for modular and steel projects.
- Manage project accounts, prepare Bill of Quantities and Requests for Proposals, with strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Estimate costs for electrical and mechanical projects, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and require a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
