Senior Technical Engineer; Civil

Job Overview

Senior Civil Engineer roles with leading UAE engineering firms. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural and civil drawings, preparing specifications and costings, supporting quantity surveying tasks using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, and overseeing interior civil works such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, and ceilings.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for all interior civil works and supervise construction activities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and contractor staff.
• Prepare project plans, cost estimates and budgets, and conduct value engineering.
• Manage contracts, perform risk assessments, and prepare NOC applications.
• Support engineering teams in infrastructure projects, ensuring safety and quality control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in civil and structural engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management skills and experience with budget control.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulatory approvals.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
