We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Inspector to join our supervision team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations and systems comply with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards. This role is critical in maintaining quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, local authority standards).

  • Monitor contractor activities and verify adherence to safety and quality procedures.

  • Review and comment on method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.

  • Witness and document testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

  • Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress.

  • Maintain accurate inspection records, daily logs, and photographic documentation.

  • Participate in site meetings and provide technical input as needed.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in electrical inspection, preferably on supervision or consultancy projects.

  • Familiarity with local authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SEC).

  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, QA/QC procedures, and safety standards.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.
