The program looks to support our commitment to nurture future leaders and to contribute to the UAE 2030 Vision, where focus is on building human capabilities on knowledge and innovation for Emiratis.

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (in compliance with UAE Emiratization regulations).
• Fresh graduate or soon to graduate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in a professional setting (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role), or an early-career professional eager to grow.
• Bilingual proficiency:
  Strong command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
