Job DescriptionA professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields of Quantification and Costing, in past airport projects in (equivalent) in relevant fields of AEC.
In-depth knowledge of costing and measurement, relevant international codes and practices (CESMM, POMI, NRM, etc.).
Experienced in the development of BoQ with quantities extraction of BIM Model and reality capture verifications (laser scanning).
Experienced in the management of facility life cycle of operation and maintenance, and related commercial procedures, using digital application methods and databases (Cost X, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.).
Software proficiency in quantification and costing applications (Cost X, Synchro, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.).
Knowledge of BIM applications (Autodesk suite: Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, Recap, AutoCAD, etc.)
Knowledge of 4D applications (Synchro, Fuzor, Navisworks, Plexus, etc.), preferably with certification of expertise in Synchro
