We are seeking an accomplished MEP / Civil Engineer to join our Facilities Management division. This is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for ensuring high‑performance, safe, and sustainable operation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil systems across our facilities.
Position OverviewThe MEP / Civil Engineer will lead, optimize, and oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of building systems, driving operational efficiency, reliability, regulatory compliance, and long‑term asset performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the management, design, optimization, and performance of MEP and Civil systems
- Ensure energy‑efficient, sustainable, and cost‑effective facility operations
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements
- Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and service providers
- Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline
- Extensive experience in MEP and/or Civil engineering within facilities management or large‑scale building environments
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and building automation systems
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and implement sustainability initiatives
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
