- Ensure health, safety, environmental compliance at the project site.
- Implement and monitor risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure PPE availability and compliance for all workers.
- Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for workers and foremen.
- Report and investigate incidents and near-misses.
- Ensure welfare facilities and standards for all workmen.
- Perform regular site walks with engineers to identify and close safety hazards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports to consultants and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project Environmental Management Systems.
- Monitor HSE targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Verify and maintain valid 3rd‑party certifications for equipment, machinery, tools, and lifting gear.
- Maintain documentation for safety records and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with client HSE teams and participate in safety meetings.
