Plan, organize, and execute corporate, private, and promotional events.
Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Manage vendors, suppliers, entertainers, and service teams.
Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown on-site.
Prepare event proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards.
Manage staff scheduling and on-site supervision during events.
Handle client feedback, last-minute changes, and issue resolution.
Monitor event costs and ensure budget adherence.
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.
Skills- 3–5 years’ experience in event planning or management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with F&B, entertainment, or hospitality events is an advantage.
