About the ClientOne of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description- Act as the liaison to support business operations through high-level PR activities, ensuring clear and consistent communication with government agencies such as DLD, MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, MOH, Nakheel, Trakhees, DDA, and others.
- Coordinate company establishment and licensing procedures across the Dubai Emirate and free zones, aligned with business requirements.
- Advise on visa formalities, employment laws, and other government-related procedures impacting employees and business operations.
- Facilitate and secure project approvals from relevant government authorities.
- Open to Arabic speakers with at least 6 years of UAE-based experience in a government-liaison or PRO role; with established relationships with government departments and embassies in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws, and proficient in handling all related legal and administrative paperwork.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), and must hold a valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
