Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and consult to understand their styling needs
- Provide haircuts, blow-drying, styling, coloring, highlights, and treatments
- Recommend hairstyles and products based on client preferences and hair condition
- Maintain cleanliness of styling stations, tools, and equipment
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat clients
- Handle bookings, schedules, and walk-in customers professionally
- Ensure compliance with salon hygiene and safety standards
- Upsell salon services and retail products
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
