You may be a:

Spa Manager or Director

Salon Manager or Beauty Operations Lead

Wellness & Lifestyle Manager

Senior Guest Experience or Front of House Lead

You have:

Proven leadership in luxury spa, salon, or wellness environments

Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams (reception, hair, beauty, spa, aesthetics, fitness)

Deep knowledge of guest experience
, industry trends
, and brand storytelling

Commercial acumen: KPIs, revenue targets, and performance coaching

Passion for people from clients to creative collaborators

Work with one of the regions most progressive and integrated beauty + wellness brands
