Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Educator based in Dubai. The Beauty Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetology education, offering expert training on body and grooming services and providing guidance to therapists. The position involves teaching techniques, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring participants are equipped with practical skills and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a supportive learning environment and delivering excellent customer service during training programs.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge in Cosmetology
- Experience in Cosmetology Education and Teaching
- Excellent Customer Service skills to engage with students and clients effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Professional certification in cosmetology and training qualifications or a related field is highly desirable
- Previous experience in the beauty industry or as a trainer is a must
