Job Opening: Speech-Language Therapist (DHA-Licensed – Bilingual Arabic / English)

• Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate the speech, language, and communication needs of individuals with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct therapy to clients using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
• Work closely with families, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

• License:
  Must hold a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or an eligibility letter.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Experience:
  
  Up to 2 years of experience. Recent graduates eligible to obtain a DHA license or eligibility letter are encouraged to apply.
• Language
  
  Skills:
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is required for clinical documentation, team collaboration, and family communication.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to learn and specialise in autism intervention.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
