Medical Advisor - Oncology

Medical Advisor - Oncology position at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Join us to advance oncology medical affairs with a focus on strategic planning, scientific expertise, and partnership building.

• Lead strategic medical affairs plans aligned with Oncology CVT strategy.
• Act as the scientific expert for oncology, providing peer‑to‑peer engagement with key specialists.
• Drive scientific communication and education initiatives to enhance product value.
• Build and maintain strong networks with healthcare leaders and professional associations.
• Deliver medical education programs and advisory boards in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide scientific training and support to sales teams as a trusted reference point.
• Support execution of registries, non‑interventional studies, and investigator‑initiated research.
• Identify and propose investigators and sites for clinical studies.
• Gather insights from scientific interactions to inform medical and business strategies.

• Pharmacist or Physician with postgraduate studies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• At least 3 years in Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience in oncology field, preferably bladder cancer, and in GCC region.
• Clinical Research Experience is a plus.
