About the Role

Our client is expanding their multidisciplinary team in Dubai and is seeking experienced Clinical Psychologists to lead on neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing service in one of the UAE’s most vibrant business districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, and related conditions, supported by allied health professionals (OTs, SLTs).
• Maintain a small therapy caseload if clinically skilled (primarily assessment-focused role).
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) for all autism and ADHD assessments.
• Prepare diagnostic reports with strong admin and AI-assisted support.
• Participate in community outreach and training for partner schools and organizations.
• Full-time: 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
• 12 assessments/month, plus report writing and optional therapy sessions.
• Flexible working: WFH permitted for intakes and online sessions after probation.
• Competitive salary 40,000 AED per month

Requirements

• Doctorate-level qualification in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent).
• Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, ADHD tools).
• Ability to work independently and within an MDT.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
