Job OverviewWe are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with expertise in Dubai Municipality regulations for cosmetics, health supplements, and food products. The role involves managing product registration, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with local authorities to meet UAE regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Register products via Montaji System and maintain compliance with UAE and GCC regulations
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation (formulations, labels, SDS, COA, certificates)
- Manage end-to-end submission process and liaise with suppliers and authorities
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and product lifecycle renewals
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Excellent documentation and compliance skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
