Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative / Business Development Associate to grow our network of healthcare partners across the UAE.
In this role, you will introduce Nurition to doctors, clinics and medical centers, demonstrating how the platform simplifies supplement recommendations, improves patient adherence, and enhances clinical outcomes. You will support partner onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing platform usage, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
This role requires practical experience and knowledge of the supplement / nutraceutical industry
, as well as strong interpersonal and business development skills.
- Present and promote the Nurition platform to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics and practitioners in functional medicine, integrative health, aesthetics, and general practice
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/platform demonstrations
- Support onboarding and activation of new partner clinics
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure partner engagement and retention
- Collect market and customer feedback to support internal teams
- Represent the company at medical events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Atleast 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or business development
- Experience and solid knowledge of the supplement / nutraceutical industry is mandatory
- Understanding of supplement products, formulations, and clinical positioning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into active partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Based in Dubai with familiarity with the UAE healthcare and clinic market
